Fairy Floss
Rose flavored Persian cotton candy from Pariya, a Persian online food store which also carries dried fruits and nuts, nougat, toffee, Turkish Delight, and dried rosebuds. Called "Fairy Floss," it comes in such exotic flavors as saffron, pistachio and chocolate and costs $14 for 7oz, plus shipping. (Anybody wanna split an order?) Featured in this month's Food & Wine.
