Edible Art
I'm sorry, but I just can't stand looking at those damn Marzipan Babies, Marizpan Babies, Marizipan Baby, Marzpian Babies, Marzipan Baby anymore.
Instead of using real food to look like art, Peter Anton uses clay, plaster and wire to make art that looks like food. Check out his other works, including a giant ice cream bar and giant chocolate covered strawberries.

awesome! just hope kim doesn't try to eat one!
really, more things should be food that aren't. and vice versa.
yay beth, you win again! this is the best thing ever. (but before you get cocky - you also lose for having posted marzipan babies to begin with :-) ).
this is like those japanese restaurant food displays taken to a whole new level!
i'm going to marry this man...
Wow, it's like Thiebaud taken further! I love the picture of the sailor and the giant ice cream bar.
i meant to say that you were the one to first post those nasty (albeit fake) marzipan babies!
and speaking of thiebaud...beth! this is the year we have to finally do our thiebaud project! maybe we can paint rows and rows of sushi cupcakes...
